Volunteer Program Manager
Raw Earth Foundation is seeking two Volunteer Program Managers to help oversee and manage
activities for our Roots for Tomorrow Program and Education & Policy Program. These roles are
ideal for passionate individuals eager to lead environmental initiatives, engage with communities,
and drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, run, and manage program activities to ensure successful implementation and
impact. - Develop and coordinate projects, including tree-planting initiatives (Roots for Tomorrow) and
environmental education and advocacy efforts (Education & Policy Program). - Engage with community members, volunteers, and stakeholders to foster participation and
support. - Track program progress, evaluate effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to create educational materials and advocacy campaigns.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and outreach efforts.
- Ensure alignment with Raw Earth Foundation’s mission and goals.
Qualifications:
- Passion for environmental sustainability, conservation, and community engagement.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in program coordination, environmental advocacy, education, or related fields is a
plus.
