Volunteer Program Manager

Raw Earth Foundation is seeking two Volunteer Program Managers to help oversee and manage
activities for our Roots for Tomorrow Program and Education & Policy Program. These roles are
ideal for passionate individuals eager to lead environmental initiatives, engage with communities,
and drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, run, and manage program activities to ensure successful implementation and
    impact.
  • Develop and coordinate projects, including tree-planting initiatives (Roots for Tomorrow) and
    environmental education and advocacy efforts (Education & Policy Program).
  • Engage with community members, volunteers, and stakeholders to foster participation and
    support.
  • Track program progress, evaluate effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to create educational materials and advocacy campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and outreach efforts.
  • Ensure alignment with Raw Earth Foundation’s mission and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for environmental sustainability, conservation, and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in program coordination, environmental advocacy, education, or related fields is a
    plus.
