seeking a dedicated Online Store Manager to help us design and implement innovative
products that align with our mission of greening communities and promoting environmental
stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Management:
• Oversee and maintain our online stores, including TikTok Shop and Square Store.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to optimize sales.

• Merchandise Design & Development:
• Design eco-friendly branded merchandise that aligns with our mission and values.
• Collaborate with the design team to create compelling designs for print-on-demand and
  drop-shipping platforms.

• Pricing and Logistics:
• Calculate product pricing, accounting for production costs, shipping, and taxes.
• Develop and manage discount codes and promotional offers.
• Ensure shipping and tax configurations are accurate across platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in sustainability, gardening, and environmental conservation.
• Experience in product development or a related field is a plus.
• Graphic design experience is essential, as you’ll create visually appealing products and
  marketing materials.
• Willingness to learn how to work with TikTok and dropshipping platforms to maximize
  product reach and efficiency.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for educating others about sustainable practices.
