Position Overview:

As a Content Creator at Raw Earth Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our
narrative and engaging our community through compelling storytelling. You will be
responsible for producing high-quality content across various platforms, including social
media, blogs, and newsletters, to promote our programs and initiatives. Your creativity and
passion for environmental conservation will help inspire individuals and communities to take

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies to promote Raw Earth Foundation’s mission and
  programs.
• Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, blogs, and
  newsletters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and
  messaging.
• Conduct research on environmental topics to produce informative and relevant content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content creation.
• Engage with the community through comments, messages, and social media interactions
  to foster relationships and encourage participation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality and
  reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a non-profit or environmental
  organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for environmental issues and sustainability.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
