Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Engagement Managers to join our
team. The ideal candidate will excel at building and nurturing relationships with various
stakeholders, including businesses, community organizations, and potential partners.
This role will be vital in expanding our network and fostering collaborations that align
with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with local businesses, organizations, and donors to find
  sponsors and establish partnerships.
• Call and email potential partners and donors to propose collaboration opportunities
  and sponsorship ideas.
• Attend networking events and community meetings to promote Raw Earth
  Foundation’s initiatives.
• Collaborate with businesses and donors to organize joint projects, such as tree
  planting and community clean-up days.
• Maintain and grow a contact database of potential partners, donors, and
  supporters.
• Host virtual or in person presentations to propose partnership opportunities, and
  highlight Raw Earth Foundation’s initiatives and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance partnerships, collaborations, and
  donor relationships.
• Build lasting relationships with sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure
  long-term support for the foundation’s mission.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in relationship management, community outreach, or a similar
  field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
• Familiarity with fundraising or non-profit initiatives is a plus.
